विकलांगता से IAS Topper तक की कहानी – Ira Singhal Success Story In Hindi Ira Singhal उन IAS story में से एक है जिनकी कहानी आपको रोज़मर्रा में सुनने को नहीं मिलेगी| Ira Singhal की ये कहानी है जोश और हिम्मत की,उनके IAS Topper बनने तक के सफर की Ira Singhal ने 2010 में ही सिविल सेवा परीक्षा पास कर ली थी और वे IRS पद पर नियुक्ति कीहकदार थी लेकिन शारीरिक रूप से विक्लांग होने के कारण डिपार्टमेंट ने उनकी नियुक्ति पर रोक लगा दी| लेकिन उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और उन्होंनेCAT मेंमामला दर्ज कराया | CAT का फैसला Ira Singhal के पक्ष में आया और उन्हें IRS पर नियुक्त किया गया| कई मुसीबतों के बावजूद Ira Singhal ने प्रयास जारी रखा और फिर से सिविल सेवा की परीक्षा दी| उन्होंने Civil Service Exam में Top कर, फिरसे यह साबित कर दिया कि भले ही वे शारीरिक रूप से थोड़ी कमज़ोर है लेकिन मानसिक रूप से वे बेहद शक्तिशाली है| उनके 3 बार जी जान लगा के कोशिश करने के बाद हर बार IRS मिला पर उनका aim क्लियर था की उन्हें IAS ही बनना है और Ira ने लगातार बिना हिम्मत हारे कोशिश करी और 4th attempt में IAS बनने का goal achieve किया | Ira Singhal महिलाओं, बच्चों और शारीरिक रूप से असक्षम लोगों के कल्याण के लिए कार्य करना चाहती है| वे बचपन से ही समाज के लिए कुछकरना चाहती थी| आज हमें Ira Singhal जैसे लोगों पर गर्व होता है, जो की यह साबित कर देते है कि –नामुमकिन कुछ भी नहीं| Nothing is Impossible. From topping the IAS examination to her fight against discrimination of disabled candidates and her view on how we perceive our problems, Ira Singhal is an inspiration for one and all as her mantra to success is never give up. Ira Singhal has faced challenges and pitfalls and defied them all with grit and determination. Ira Singhal is an AGMUT Cadre Indian Administrative Officer. She is also the first physically challenged general category individual to top the prestigious IAS entrance examination. She says that the key to success is believing in yourself and settling for the best. IAS Officer Ira Singhal, her journey started off as a challenge when despite clearing UPSC exam in her very first attempt, she was not allowed to take the position in office citing her physical disability as a criterion for ineligibility. However, that did not let her down. Ira filed a petition in the court, that later went on in her favor. In the period before the final hearing from the court, Ira had not given up yet. Just when she was about to appear for her second attempt for the UPSC, she received her letter for the first appointment but still went ahead with her second attempt and was back with a bang-- bagging Rank 1 in IAS. Ira Singhal is currently in the Delhi cadre. In this Josh talk she shares her success story and the key to success. “To achieve a goal is no cake walk.
