Her struggle and fight against the triple talaq forced the historic supreme court of India to make a judgement against Triple Talaq. Afreen has been the part of several debates and her willingness and determination forced Lok Sabha to pass the bill Against Triple Divorce. She also petitioned against polygamy and halal.
