Leadership Skills Helped Me Conduct URI: The Surgical Strike | Lt. Gen. RR Nimbhorkar | Josh Talks
We all have leadership qualities within us, which need to be executed in times of crisis and extreme situations. When it comes to the leadership skills and qualities needed to protect the entire nation, the leadership taken has to be rigorous and spontaneous. General(retd) RR Nimbhorkar, the man behind the surgical strikes, recounts his experiences as a leader post the URI attacks.

Lt Gen. (retd) RR Nimbhorkar, is a former officer of the Indian Army who served as the Master General Ordnance (MGO). He was the head of the 15 Corps that looked after the security of the LoC in the Jammu region and played a key role in the planning of the URI surgical strikes. He has received many awards by the Indian Army and holds the distinction of having received an award at each level of service and only serving officer to get the maximum number of gallantry or distinguished service awards.
